By accessing or using the SignageWorks platform at swtv.uk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Bosphorus Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at 96A Ethel St, Brighton and Hove, Hove BN3 3LL ("we", "us", or "our").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
SignageWorks is a cloud-based digital signage software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to upload, manage, and display video and image content on compatible Android TV screens via a web browser.
The Service includes access to a web-based dashboard for content management, screen assignment, and account administration. Screen playback is delivered via a web URL accessed on the customer's own display hardware.
We do not sell or supply display hardware. You are responsible for obtaining compatible Android TV hardware. We recommend devices running Android TV 7.0 or above.
We offer the following subscription plans (prices exclude VAT where applicable):
All plans include unlimited content uploads, video and image support, remote updates, and access to the SignageWorks dashboard. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will have full access to all features of your chosen plan during the trial period.
At the end of the trial period, you must enter payment details to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account and associated content will be deactivated. We will retain your data for 30 days after trial expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Free trials are limited to one per business. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a trial at our discretion.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date you activate your paid plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis.
All prices are in GBP. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, your account may be suspended until payment is received.
We do not store your full payment card details. All card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Upon cancellation, your content and account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your content before cancellation.
You agree not to use the Service to display, upload, or distribute content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions, without notice and without refund.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The SignageWorks platform, software, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Bosphorus Group Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and display Your Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bosphorus Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, hardware failure, or third-party service outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
